The GW16167 from Gateworks is an industrial 802.11ah Wi-Fi HaLow M.2 2230 E-Key card designed for long-range IoT and embedded applications. Powered by the Morse Micro MM8108 chipset, it operates in the 850–950 MHz sub-GHz band and delivers up to +26 dBm transmit power for extended range (1 km+) and strong signal penetration through walls and buildings.
With data rates up to 43.3 Mbps and support for 1/2/4/8 MHz bandwidth, it offers higher performance and client capacity than typical sub-GHz technologies. The card communicates via USB 2.0 (optional SDIO/SPI) and integrates easily using standard Linux IP networking.
Built for industrial environments (–40°C to +85°C), it is FCC certified, globally usable (US & EU), and compatible with Gateworks Venice and VeniceFLEX SBCs.
